Consultation
First consultation appointment is free. All subsequent meetings will be charged at a rate of
£20.00 per a hour. Although consultations normally take place at our Forest Hill address, we
will consider coming out to meet clients in certain instances.
Order
the order; with the balance paid in full 3 weeks before the delivery of cake(s). Once the
design, volume, cake flavour have been agreed, and an agreement drawn up, there can

Methods of payments
The preferred methods of payment are PayPal and bank transfers. If paying by cheque the
invoice has to be paid in full at least 4 weeks in advance of the delivery date. Cheques will
be made payable to TDT Designs.
The Indulgent Cake is not currently equipped to accept credit/debit card payments.
Refunds
The deposit is non-refundable within 21 days inclusive, of the delivery date. If cancellation is
made before 21 days of the delivery date, then 75% of the deposit is refundable.
Delivery
Delivery is free within the M25. Delivery outside the M25 is charged at 85p per a mile for the
return trip. Cakes can be collected, however The Indulgent Cake(TDT Designs) can not be
held liable for any damage incurred once the cake leaves our premises.
Hiring of Equipment
If it is necessary to hire either cake stands and or cake knife set. The cost will have two
components; the actual cost to hire the item plus an additional security deposit to cover
loss or damage to the item. The normal hire period will be for two days (i.e. if item is hired on
Monday it should be returned on Wednesday before 16:00 hrs).
Nut warning
Your cake(s) may contain nuts or nut products and will be prepared in a kitchen where nuts
are used.
